Mrs. Bandele Sinatu Fadipe was born on 24th May, 1964 to the family of Alhaji Tajudeen Adebola AGUDA in Olomowewe Town in Ibeju/Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State. She attended Local Authority Central School, Epe from 1973 to 1975 for her primary education and Gbagada Girls Secondary Grammar School, Lagos (1976-1981) for her Secondary Education. She also attended Ogun State College of Education (now Tai Solarin) where she finished with a National Certificate Education (NCE) in French/English Languages. Thereafter, she proceeded to the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba between 1985 – 1988 where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A Hons) (French Education) and University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State graduating with a Masters in Public Administration (MPA).
However, she joined the Lagos State Public Service in July 1989 as Master Grade II at the defunct PPTESCOM where she served till December, 1993. She also served in the Inspectorate Division of the Ministry of Education as a French Inspector of Education and Senior Inspection of Education from December 1993 till 1996 before she was converted laterally to Senior Personnel Officer in 1997 and has risen to the rank of Director - GL 17 having served in several MDAs including General Services Bureau (GSB) (Service Matters), WAPA, Land Use and Allocation Committee (LUAC), Public Service Office (Service Matters) Civil Service Pensions Office, New Towns Development Authority (NTDA) as (Secretary), Debt Management Office, Ministry of Health, Cabinet Office and now Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau (LASRAB). She belongs to different professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and NITAD.
She is happily married with children.
